The process of installing metal bag tags into luggage

Step 1：Place the brass mold under the installation machine and make sure it is fixed in the correct position and is very firm and will not move

Step 2:The size and shape of the letters on the mold match the actual zinc alloy letters. Place the zinc alloy letters to be installed correctly in the order of the letters on the mold to ensure that the letters are positioned correctly during the installation process. Place the bottom plate on the other side of the brass mold in the order of the holes

Step 3:Accurately place the positions where the letters need to be installed on the luggage under the mold, and ensure that the position of the luggage aligns with the mold through the machine positioning device

Step 4:Start the installation machine. The installation machine will apply downward pressure to press the zinc alloy letter feet placed in the groove into the fabric of the bag. The fabric is then inserted into the bottom plate to achieve fixation
