A1:The 30mm is the inner width that the webbing slides through, so it fits webbing of the matching size. The channel edges are polished smooth so the strap slides without fraying. Other widths can be opened from your drawing.

Q2:Can the adjuster be colour matched to our other hardware?

A2:Yes. It is die-cast zinc alloy plated in brass, bronze, gold, light gold, and we can match the plating to your D rings, hooks and feet from a physical sample or Pantone reference. Plating passes 48-hour neutral salt spray testing, keeping the whole bag consistent.

Q3:Do you provide free samples before mass production, and what is the MOQ?

A3:Yes. OYC provides free samples so you can check the casting detail, plating colour and logo work before committing. Send your artwork or a reference photo, approve the design proof, and we will produce the sample for your evaluation. Bulk production only starts after you approve the sample. Our MOQ is 500 pieces per design, so you can test a new style without a large commitment.

Q4:What is your production lead time?

A4:Our standard lead time is about 20 days after order confirmation and sample approval. The exact date depends on tooling requirements and order quantity, and we confirm a firm delivery date in every quotation. For export orders we are used to working against fixed shipment schedules.
