Why do we choose copper pins for hook and loop assembly?

The assembly pins can be made of iron or copper materials.
Due to the fact that iron material is not easily combined with the plating liquid during electroplating, it is prone to water stains and rusting during use.
If copper material is used, it can be polished more smoothly because copper material is softer than iron material. Electroplating is easy to perfectly combine with the plating liquid, making the plating surface fuller.
Disadvantage: Copper pins are 200% more expensive than iron pins

How to make the snap hook mouth position correct?

We have a design as attach picture show, the mouth have a up and down p;osition.when you open snap hook mouth you can see the positioning,and when you closed snap hook mouth, the positioning will closed adapt the position together to make sure the mouth closed as a set

How to make the snap hook bottom ring more tight with the hook?

In order to increase the tight connection between the tail ring and the head of the hook, we use a gasket method to link the hook ring and the head. Generally, linking in this way can increase the strength of the force. Make the force strength of this hook buckle greater than 40KG to meet the daily weight requirements of the handbag.

It need to use new raw maetrial to make the die casting,and can not use the second hand raw maetrial to make die casting production

what is the second hand raw maetrial. it means when you use it to make the snap hook, and the extra maetrail from the mould, like the nozzle material from the mould, the burr material from the snap hook, or waste materials.because all these material The chemical properties have changed,lead the snap hook material not stronger to make sure it can bear such power and impact.
